Application + capability hub for the onboarding role at Aeva — the AI receptionist that answers every call and books, reschedules and cancels appointments straight inside Cliniko for allied-health clinics across AU, UK and NZ. Your brief is to "own onboarding so every new clinic gets as much value as possible" and to "build the playbook as you go." So rather than just claim it, I built one. Four self-contained builds: my application with a downloadable CV + cover letter; a live clinic onboarding playbook — a 14-day journey, a setup checklist, plain-English scripts for a 65-year-old, and real AI prompt work for Aeva's call flows; an onboarding-to-retention customer-success system; and an AI onboarding command centre. This role sits exactly where I live: AI, prompt work, an IT background, and explaining technology simply to people who don't speak it. Door 01 is honest about where I'd ramp.

Most applications say "I have AI experience and I've built onboarding." This one opens a real onboarding playbook, real prompt work, and is honest that allied-health and SaaS customer success are where I'd ramp — not where I'd bluff.

01 · NATIVE
AI and prompt work is my lane
I run NeuraNest AI, work in Claude and Gemini daily, and do AI prompt and evaluation work as my core. Configuring Aeva's call scripts and prompts isn't a stretch — it's the thing I already do.
02 · TRANSLATOR
I explain tech without the jargon
Five years across Services Australia, DFAT, AEC and DVA — recognised as a Digital Champion — explaining complex systems to people of every age and comfort level. The "65-year-old without making them feel stupid" test is what I did every day.
03 · BUILDER
I build the playbook, not just follow one
As a founder and former IT consultant I've set up clients, written the systems and documented the steps from scratch. "Build the playbook as you go" is exactly how I work — Door 02 is proof I've already started yours.
04 · STANDARD
The Rind Standard
Zero inflation. I'm not from an allied-health clinic and I haven't run a dedicated SaaS customer-success function at scale. Door 01 names exactly where I'd ramp on Cliniko, clinic workflows and CS tooling — and how fast.
A note on honesty: I'm an AI operator, prompt engineer and technical translator — strongest where this role actually lives: AI/prompt work, IT setup, building systems and playbooks, and explaining technology simply to non-technical people on calls. Where I'd ramp: the allied-health/clinic domain and Cliniko specifically, and running a formal SaaS customer-success function at scale — I've built and run client onboarding as a founder and consultant, not yet inside a dedicated CS team. Door 01 maps that honestly. The clinic, scripts, journey and prompts in the playbook are real work I produced for this application — illustrative concept work for a typical Cliniko allied-health clinic, not Aeva's official onboarding material or a real customer.
